What Does This Warranty Cover?
Sleep Innovations, Inc. warrants this Stanley® Utility Mat (the “Product”) will be replaced if it fails to provide normal wear for twenty full years. Coverage under this Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to Products purchased new in the 50 states in the U.S.A. and Canada. Subject to the limitations below, Sleep Innovations warrants that the Product will always lie flat and will never delaminate, compress or wear through. Please retain your sales receipt and proof of purchase as these are required when processing a warranty claim. Submitting a claim does not guarantee replacement of the product. All claims are reviewed to determine validity and processed as such.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
The Limited Warranty for this Product starts on the original date of purchase and expires 20 years from such date.
What Will Sleep Innovations Do?
If a defect that is covered during the Limited Warranty period occurs, Sleep Innovations will replace the Product. At Sleep Innovations’ discretion, it may substitute a replacement of equal or higher quality if a replacement Product is not available, or, Sleep Innovations may refund a percentage of the purchase price of the Product based on the date from when the Product was purchased as follows: to 5 years (30%), 6 to 10 years (20%), and 11 to 20 years (10%). Where a replacement is required, Limited Warranty coverage for the Product is limited to a one time replacement during the original Limited Warranty period which starts on the original date of purchase and expires 20 years from such date. Replacement of a Product under the terms of this Limited Warranty will apply to the original warranty period and will not serve to extend such period.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Product is intended for consumer foot traffic. This Product is not intended to support vehicles, heavy equipment or machinery. The Limited Warranty does not cover the following: (a) any damage caused by the Purchaser or a third-party; (b) subjected to physical abuse or misuse, or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective material and/or workmanship; (c) any damage or excessive wear associated with acts which are contrary to the Product’s intended use. If any of the above conditions occur, this Limited Warranty is void. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s use and care instructions may void this Limited Warranty. Sleep Innovations reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this Limited Warranty when, upon inspection, the product failure is due to causes other than defective material and/or workmanship. This Limited Warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, loss of use, shipping or any other costs or expenses.
There shall be no liability on the part of Sleep Innovations for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for any other damage, claim or loss not expressly covered by the terms of this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
The service terms stated in this Limited Warranty shall be the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of product failure during the Limited Warranty period. Sleep Innovations makes no warranty beyond what is contained in this Limited Warranty. Sleep Innovations does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or ability in connection with this warranty.
How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

You will be instructed to complete a simple claim form and submit it with the proof of purchase and a copy of the sales receipt. These are necessary to begin processing your claim.
